A mono-culture of housing on this site would be a wasted opportunity. So, too, would development of this site in isolation. A layout for mixed uses is required for this site, adjacent land through to Stowupland Road, and land on the other side of the railway. It is time to be visionary and pro-active, to deliver something special.
