Object that 0001- if the interactive map is correct- appears not to be on the discounted sites list and therefore not assessed on the same criteria as the other Norton Little Green proposals.
Object to any Norton Little Green proposal as by the nature of the hamlet any proposal must fail RED most of your Suitability Assessment Constraints.

I am puzzled that the interactive map appears to show 0001 as the proposal in the middle of Norton Little Green on the south side. Yet it is not on the discounted sites list. All the other Norton Little Green proposals (0419, 0420, 0421,0759, 0761,) are on the discounted sites list with the obvious reasons rightly given of no services or facilties etc etc etc.
Clearly 0001 is no different from the other proposals and should be assessed the same as they have been.
I object to all the Norton Little Green proposals including 0001 for the same reasons-
--Norton Little Green it is an isolated hamlet
--it has nil in the way of services or facilities
--any services or facilities are 1.5 miles away, too far and too dangerous to walk, dangerous to cycle and with no public transport.
--access into the hamlet itself is particularly dangerous- not just from Norton but at the other end there is the very poor visibility at the T-junction.
Any proposal at Norton Little Green must fail as RED on the following of your Suitability Assessment Constraints:-
Transport and Roads
Access to wider transport network
Accessibility to Local services and facilities
Utilities capacity
Landscape etc

Support the notion that all land labelled 'non-developable' in Norton Little Green should be protected. Norton Little Green is a tiny hamlet with minimal basic infrastructure and services. Any new build developments would, above all, exacerbate an already seriously congested traffic problem on The Street in Norton running down to the A1088 at The Dog x-roads. At nearly 1000 vehicles per day, this tiny country lane is already bursting at the seams and cannot cope with any more traffic
