A suitable infilling building site with good highway access from lightly trafficked through road. It lends itself to keeping the village compact and is not surrounded by other dwellings the site is outside of the conservation area.

Although we consider this site to be better related to the edge of the village than sites SS0574 and SS0739, it is nevertheless separate to the village in character and also further than our client's site from services and facilities in the village. As such, we do not consider this to be suitable for housing development.
