We would like to request that the rejection of our site is reconsidered due to the following;
- County Wildlife Site - we understand that this designation was not carried out in accordance with the correct procedures. We are prepared to have an environmental survey undertaken and would ensure that any potential development would not disturb / damage the reason why the land has been designated.
- Pedestrian Access - there are potential solutions to this issue which we are discussing with Highways.

We would like to request that the rejection of our site (which was approved in the Joint SHLAA May 2016 round) be reconsidered. Our comments to the rejection reasons are as follows;
- County Wildlife Site - no permission was given for our land to be surveyed and designated as a CWS and we were never informed that this had happened. Due to the land not being designated in accordance with the correct procedures we are currently seeking advice on this with the aim for this designation to be lifted. We are however prepared to have an environmental survey undertaken and would ensure that any potential development would not disturb / damage the reason why the land has been designated.
- Pedestrian Access - There are potential solutions to this issue which we are currently discussing with Highways.
Due to the above we would like to request that our site is reconsidered for development as it is so close to the centre of Laxfield and its amenities making it very sustainable.
