It is unclear why these sites have been discounted. Thorough and proper site assessments have not been undertaken and the reasons provided for not including the sites are not valid reasons.
The site is not general amenity space, it is in fact poor quality grazing land.
Overall, development of the site would create a logical edge to development in this
part of the Hoxne which would relate well to existing modern residential development. The development would have limited visual impact and would not have a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the surrounding countryside.
