Should not be developed. On a hill. Too much heavy traffic.

There should be no development between Parsons' Lane, Barking & Needham Market because environmentally sensitive, considerable HGV & Army traffic.

There should be no development between villages. Roads not wide enough to take increased traffic. Extra infrastructure needed.

Barking SS0603, SS0532 - sites should not be developed. On a hill. Too much heavy traffic.

Two sites are being considered within Barking Tye. These relatively small sites are
located near to several Grade II listed buildings including Timberleys, Home
Framhouse, Fairfax House and Walnut Tree Cottage. The presence of these heritage
assets and their settings should be considered carefully as part of the site allocation
process.
