Current agricultural land between The Grays and The Old Vicarage is unsuitable for development as: 1. Elevated situation will have visual and sound impacts on the whole village and across the valley. 2. Very narrow road, no pavements, will have major safety impacts on school and nursery logistics both during construction and long term increased traffic. 3. Green corridor for wildlife east/west of road will be lost. 4. Poor road access to this small elevated site, needing major material removal, will cause unacceptable transport access problems during construction to all residents/farms/businesses north of the site.

With reference to my 'Object' to the development of agricultural land between The Grays and The Old Vicarage I am not sure if my 'improvement suggestion' was saved as I did not see it in the confirmation email. Thus will repeat:- If this development land is accepted by the council then the opportunity should be taken to include the northern boundary house (The Old Vicarage) into the village boundary, a house that has been in the village for 170 years, being the last house on the eastern side of the road.
