Haughley appears to have only one site noted for development and no mention of a neighbourhood plan. Our neighbourhood plan is about to go to referendum and we already have other sites approved for planning by MSDC which ought to be on this plan. I cannot find any mention of Dagworth which is a hamlet adjacent to Haughley and half in our parish and half in Old Newton.

Haughley Park Processing Factory proposed for re-development -
In recognition of the unique circumstances at this site, a site-specific policy should be included in the Local Plan specifically to allow for the redevelopment of Haughley Park.

Should be mention that the NP has been approved by referendum and is expected to be made by MSDC committee by end of October 2019. The NP includes two site allocations that are not shown in the JLP but which are both endorsed in the NP. The NP settlement boundary includes both these sites. We would ask you to reconsider the above and add these two sites into the JLP. We note that the JLP indicates that there are currently no provisions to provide additional Primary
School facilities. Discussions regarding split site primary schooling should be noted. Agree that contributions will need to be made towards additional HWRC provision, but this should also apply to all villages that feed into and use this facility.
