Further to the publication of the Draft JLP I am writing to highlight an additional site that has previously been submitted in the SHELAA process but which has not been selected for inclusion in the Draft JLP
This flat site covers 3.4Ha, is well connected to the existing Barking Tye settlement, and has good access options and visibility onto Barking Road. There is also a good network of footpaths around the edge of the site providing pedestrian access to the village hall, pub and bus stops.
This site is available to bring forward in whole or in part and as such we would be keen for this to be revisited as a potential future development site.
