This site also has the benefit of outline planning permission under DC/18/00723. This site as with LA046 is already subject to consent and effectively no further growth is allocated within Bacton for the remainder of the plan period. The level of new growth proposed is remarkably low for a Core Village and raises questions as to the evidence base and the research which has been taken regarding this plan.

The site falls within the setting of the Grade II listed Turkey Hall, which lies immediately to the west of LA047. Any development would need to be sensitively designed with appropriate landscaping. The presence of this Listed Building should be reflected in the Policy, with careful consideration given to potential mitigation.
