Aftet the Ganges site along with Lings Lane, White House Farm and Woodlands in
Chelmondiston are built there will be many more people putting pressure on the doctor's
surgery and local schools. Also, consider the extra traffic on the single road on and off the
Peninsula particularly the Strand which floods and will do so more often as sea levels rise.

We believe there should be a Development Plan that takes into account the entirety of the Shotley Peninsula.The population increase of over 2000 persons on the Peninsula will raise grave concerns about the road network, healthcare, education provision.
