The Parish Council welcomes the settlement boundaries for Lindsey – Lindsey Church and Lindsey Tye - as defined on the Policies Map and accepts its status for both areas as a Babergh Hamlet Village in which development within settlement boundaries will be permitted subject to the criteria set out in Policy SP03 D I-IV.
