I find it encouraging that existing sites are being used to fill the housing need. However, in respect of this site, there is still an ongoing issue with the Cricket Club that needs to be addressed. Babergh District Council needs to reconsider their stanceon this.

Area LA027 where 50 new dwellings will be built on the former District Council site. These once award-winning offices are now beginning to look very shabby. Whilst development is welcome to rectify a shabby part of the town, there appears to be no resolution of the dispute between Babergh District Council and the Cricket Club which is regrettable.
