Settlement boundary should remain unchanged (as will be the case in the forthcoming Hartest Neighbourhood Plan). Proposal to enlarge is based on incorrect planning evidence. Red line for permission 15/00061 clearly excludes the paddock from development. Settlement boundary would aid development 'creep' that was specifically discourages at the time of permission.
