I support the designation of this site as Not Suitable for residential development.
The road has no pavement and is only just wide enough for the current volume of traffic, particularly given the high volume of large agriculture-related vehicles.
Development here would join the two parts of Wyverstone which would alter the character of the village. This site is arable farmland which is part of a strategic national asset which must be retained for future food security.
