The adopted settlement boundaries and neighbourhood plan for Drinkstone must be added

Neither the adopted settlement boundaries nor the neighbourhood plan settlement boundaries for Drinkstone Street and Drinkstone Green are shown on the interactive policies map

The Parish Council formally submitted its Report to Babergh including the proposal to extend the Area in October 2021. This has not been incorporated into CA boundary shown on the Policy Map. East Bergholt Parish Council requires that it the proposals are taken forward and duly incorporated in the Policy Map of the draft JLP.

The Policies Map currently shows the boundary of the Conservation Area for East Bergholt which dates from 1976. In the absence of a more recent Conservation Area appraisal the Parish Council undertook a thorough review of its Conservation Area in 2020/21 in association with the Heritage Officer from Babergh. The Parish Council formally submitted its Report to Babergh including the proposal to extend the Area in October 2021. This has not been incorporated into CA boundary shown on the Policy Map. East Bergholt Parish Council requires that it the proposals are taken forward and duly incorporated in the Policy Map of the draft JLP.

The implementation of Modification PM3 must be corrected, and the adopted Local Plan must accurately reflect the Neighbourhood Plan Green Spaces in and around East Bergholt.

In East Bergholt the Neighbourhood Plan Green Spaces according to the March 2023 Main Modifications version of the Joint Local Plan do not match the Neighbourhood Plan Green Spaces according to the East Bergholt Neighbourhood Plan itself.

Policies Map and Place Maps Modification PM3 needs to be corrected so
that East Bergholt’s Neighbourhood Plan Green Spaces are correctly reflected in the
Local Plan.
