p138 LP22 15.37 The last sentence appears to be out of context with the rest of the paragraph. Although we do not disagree with either part of the remaining text we consider as it stands alone it is inadequate, vague, and legally challengeable.
LP22 supporting text. All other text in this section has been removed which we think is inappropriate as it set out appropriate standards, restrictions and guidance for farm buildings in the countryside where many sensitive issues need to be considered.
