Paragraph 09.02 – for clarity, the modification relating to preparing new or updated evidence of needs for Gypsies and Travellers as part of the Part 2 plan should be clear as to the relationship with the needs for short stay stopping sites. Our Regulation 19 representation made reference to short stay stopping site needs being identified in the 2017 Accommodation Needs Assessment, with needs being identified across the study area rather than at district level, and the ISPA Statement of Common Ground explains a Suffolk wide approach to addressing these needs.
