Respondent: Mr Ian Wright

Legally compliant? No

Sound? No

Duty to co-operate? No

Representation:

A) Header wrongly refers to Stonham Aspal as a "Core Village". The Hierarchy assessment and the body text of this section give it its correct designation as a "Hinterland Village"

B) Text states that there is "currently sufficient primary school capacity to accommodate outstanding planning commitments and growth planned". This is unlikely. There are currently 205 pupils at the school. Total capacity is only 210. 75 new homes have been granted outline or full planning permission in the parish since 2018 and are awaiting completion. School capacity is probably not sufficient.

Change suggested by respondent:

A) Amend heading to show correct Hinterland Village status

B) Amend text to reflect likely shortfall in primary school capacity
