Given that this minimum number has not been reached, allowance needs to be made for additional windfall delivery to ensure that the JLP is sound/ The plan would be more effective if this hinterland village included a new allocation for open space adjacent to additional land within the settlement boundary which could be available for windfall delivery in light of the recent under delivery from some of the sites allocated in the Neighbourhood Plan. Proposals under application DC/19/5956 show how this is achievable with delivery within 5 years. The council has shown its support for this site in its report to committee with respect to recent planning application DC/19/5956.
